Refund Policy for Starwalker

At Starwalker, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only available for products that are returned within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used are not eligible for a refund.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at starwalkerapparel@outlook.com to request a return.
  • The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, unless the product was received damaged or defective.
  • Upon receiving the returned product and confirming its eligibility for a refund, we will process the refund and issue it to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or color, please follow the steps outlined in the Return Process.
  • If the new product is of a different value, we will issue a refund or request additional payment as necessary.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at starwalkerapparel@outlook.com
  • We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you and cover the cost of return shipping for the damaged or defective product.
